Hello,

I just visited a natural healer this past weekend. He does not believe in antibiotics, which is fine with me cause none that im taking help anyways. He beleives in the idea of your diet, and emotional relief for healing. We had only a shirt visit, because fo course I got dizzy while I was visiting him, he is a doctor we all know what happens when we go to visit doctors, DIZZY!!!ha ha ha. We did dicuss a little about diet though. He told me that it is all about raw fruit and veggies. They are the best for your body. He also said beats, will cleans your system. Everytime you take a asprine it stays in your liver for 7 months. He also said that beats will help with any allergies you have. He told me that since I have been on antibiotics alot since I was little cleansing the body will help rid me of all those old meds. which could be making me even more sick. I will be meeting with him again and getting more info, but i just wanted to share all of this with you guys. So try eating raw fruits and veggies. Plus he mentioned metitation, its the spice to life, plus it will help us all relax and not be so stressed. He told me stories of him being sick and how by eating raw fruits and veggies he was better very quickly. Ill let you guys know more when i meet with him again. Or if anyone wants to call him he is the nicest guy you will ever meet and works on a personal level not like a doctor.
