Would a pacemaker help?

It sounds as if you have the kind of syncope that may indicate that you would need a pacemaker. There are various degrees of seriousness. In one level of seriousness, the brain experiences stress and tells the heart to stop pumping, and on the other, more serious level, the heart just randomly decides by itself to stop pumping (and that's when the person needs the pacemaker.) Good luck!
