Hi, my name is Jenna. I understand the mirgrane thing. I have them as well, not as often as you but, mine is herititary i think, my dad gets them as well. The fainting comes from the pain aspect of it. When i would get my period i would pass out from the pain of the cramps, Im sure the pain of your headachs could cause you to pass out as well. My doctor told me stress is a big factor in headachs, or a food you eat that you might be allergic to, or possibly chocolate (thats what triggers my dads). Hope this helps. If you feel dizzy prop your feet up, it has saved me from passing out hundreds of times. I also have little seizures when i pass out, i tense up and twich, the DR. said its just because there is little or no blood going to your brain and it seizes.
