Hi Emmy, I do not have the symptoms as frequently as you but all the same reactions. Mine started 3 years ago as I went through Menopause and from reading past & current lettters to this forum, seems this is not uncommon. I couldn't eat in resturants for more than a year because I was afraid of getting sick (it happened to me in a resturant the first time, and I had not even eaten anything). I do not know if you are interested in communicating outside this forum. but if so let me know. I live in So. Calif. Regards, Michele
