I too suffer from VV and seem to always have an episode when I have my annual pelvic exam. It's awful. I do not have any children yet, but will be very interested to see if anyone else shares our problem. My gynecologist always seems very unconcerned about it and just always assures me that everything will be fine regarding childbirth. I wish I had more information.
