All that exercise and activity--is she drinking enough water? Dehydration is a factor in my V V episodes. I am to drink 3+ litres of fluid a day, most of which is water. No caffeine beverages or soda--they dehydrate the body. All the strenuous activity may also be depleting her electrolytes. Drink a gatorade type drink to help replace them after the work outs.
