When I am sick on my stomach and know I will vomit soon, I call my grown children to keep me safe from falling. If no one is around then I knell on a folded towel at the side of a bathtub, place a bucket inside the bathtub, and lean over with arms to the inside of the tub to catch me when I go "out". My fear is that because I pass out as I am vomiting that I will aspirate and possibly not regain consciousness. How do you deal with it???
