For most of my recent events, I get anxious at night as I mentioned in another posting above. But I have had them in the day too. My pulse is regular but I always pace and usually try bowel movement. Sometimes the pacing and bowel movement end in fainting.

After taking lots of fluids, salt and running 3x per week, I have only had one finting in 2 years. And that was because I tried to get up to wake my wife because I could not find a pulse- I was pretty delerious by that time so I am not sure if the pulse was there or not. (After reading many internet postings, I decided I had to monitor the pulse to see what was happening).

As others have said, I think the key for me is the fluids and salt, every day.
