I don;t faint with Mener's just so dizzy I vomit am unable to walk or do anythin, VV I have symptoms often related to bowel or stomach probles. I don't know which is worse.I had never had them together until a few months age. I started with Menere's for 2 hours then went into VV.Went to hospitlal by ambulance They gave a shot for nausea and a patch for sea sickness and sent me on my way. The treatment for both problems are not compatable with the other. I take diueretics for menere's so i am always dehydrated which will trigger theVV. talk about a rock and a hard place
