Re: How do you prevent Veso-Vagal

I have the exact same problem!!! I am 26 and have always had a problem getting my blood drawn, even surgeries. I pass out always, and then when I wake up, I either get sick or I feel completely drained. Noone has ever told me how to get over it. My doctors have always just said lie down or do this, but it never works. The only thing that usually helps is a cold towel either on the back of my neck or holding it in my hands to prevent the sweats. I know how you feel...I can't even have someone talk about getting blood drawn.
