If you drive for a living it is important that you take frequent breaks- having your legs cramp up from long hauls will cause the blood to pool in your legs and possibly cause these attacks. Second, find a doctor who understands these attacks, keep yourslf hydrated during your long hauls (which kind of takes care of the first problem of making lots of (pit) stops (can you say gotta take a 10-100?- that's CB talk for gotta go to da bathroom!)- Also, eat lots of salt, either in your food or take salt tablets- and keep looking at the other comments on this forum- most say they had the attacks when their bodies were sick with a cold or a flu- so you need to take care of yourself, especially when you are on the road, so take lots of vitamins. Hope this helps.
