I can say that an episode caused me in the past to have anxiety - constant fear of being out and passing out. Part of it was that I didn't know why I was passing out or feeling dizzy. Understanding what I have and what triggers episodes has helped. Also being on Zoloft has helped tremendously with the anxiety/fear of passing out. I do believe different changes in life can trigger it. Also as you probably know, we must stay hydrated!! I have always drank lots of liquids but I try to drink more water now - and have added Gatorade to my morning breakfast (along with coffee!) Take care!
