I have had attacks for the last 8 months and can get no help from medical profession. They tell me its anxiety. Had the tilt test and nothing. My attacks come standing, sitting, or wake me up out of a dead sleep. I get very hot and feel like I just can't sweat. Then nausea and intense weakness and shakiness. Finally I sweat, put my head between my knees and pray. My heart is beating a mile a minute. Is this typical of anyone else? Do you think I have this vaso vagal thing? I need help!
