10 yr old with vaso vagal

My daughter has been having episodes about one every 4 months or so, for the past 14 months. It was first diagnosed as seizures but after two nuerology exams and countless tests, we finally seen a cardiologist and he said she is having vaso vagal episodes. He also said it was stress related and she needed counseling. He also told us that eventually she would out grow it. This is so new to me I would love anyone that has any info that might help us with her we would appreciate it.
