Chappy yes if you sit long enough in one position there are some of us who have a VV reaction. The web site shown below comments on this at the bottom of the page. I had similar reaction on a plane with very tight seating for a 4 hour flight. Blood pressure dropped to 80/50, sweating profusely, and felt very weak. I have flown for 30 years but never in such a tight condition. Instructions are you should get up and move around and get some of the "pooled" blood out of your lower extremities. Oh---and drink lots of water on the flight----people have a tendency to sit and not move around and you can get dehydrated also which doesnt help. http://www.heartcareassociates.info/neurosyn.html
