vaso vagal syndrome

i used to suffer panic attacks,anumber of years ago,so when this first happened to me, i knew it was something totally different.i was standing up and started to sweat and go dizzy , i was aware of my surroundings ,but knew i was going to pass out and got to a sofa before i fell. at hospital 1 hour later i had irregular heart rythm and was told i had ,vaso vagal syndrome. i also suffer from sleep apnea. dont know if this is in anyway related.still get light headed but not enough to worry me too much as yet.hope to hear any more comments .best wishes to you all.
