I know how you feel, i am getting very sick of being sick. I dont leave my house, I want a life back. The only way for me not to actually pass out is to do the leg up thing, it helps more then anything else. Most of the time you can talk yourself in and out of these episodes. I am in the stag where i feel a little dizzy and I talk myself into being really dizzy. My mind does it before I have a chance to talk myself out of it. I am just so used to it getting bad that now i make it bad. It usually takes me about an hour or so to snap out of it, or at least feel good enough to stand on my own. I also do the same thing, as soon as I have one of the dizzy spells I feel like I have to pee, it couldnt come at a worse time! Ha ha.
