Hi Ju, I live in East Sussex and did not have a problem getting a tilt test on the NH, in fact the local BUPA hospital did not have this facility. Hope all goes well and you get the diagnosis you want or maybe dont want. My test was fine until the last few minutes when they sprayed,I think it was an angina spray or similar under my tongue. It was then panic stations and I received my diagnosis of Malgnant VV at the next out patients clinic.
