My experiences have been similar. The thing is that the episodes make you feel very vulnerable. My last one, which occurred a few days after Christmas when I was out of town, made me weaker/feel more precarious than ever before, but I am much older than you. I know that my husband will be out of town for a few weeks in the spring and I've asked my adult son to move back in with me during that time.

This web site is not a substitute for a thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms.  Medical treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses.
