PS - more on Vasovagal Syndrome Episode

PS: I was also advised to limit my alcohol and caffeine intake, and to increase salt intake, and to stay as hydrated as possible. Also, it dose not hurt to get the proper amount of sleep either (which is something that I admit that I have trouble with, since I work three jobs).
By the way...I was also tested for epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, etc...but all of those tests came back negative.
I am loving this discussion board - it is SO helpful just to know that you're not the only one out there that has had all this happen, and that it is not THAT abnormal!
