VV and allergires

Has anyone had reason to associate their VV with an allergy. I am 19 and was diagnosed 3 yrs ago after passing out throughout my teens. I was told to look out for my triggers and have found that nuts trigger my VV. has anyone else experienced anything similar? I aslo take codeine long term for a foot injury and its been suggested this might add to it. its even been suggested that my VV is triggered by a codeine allergy. Any ideas? anyone else had something similar?
