Pam, this has happened to me too...from the deja-vu feeling of impending doom [maybe a little too strong a word] but it was a very strange feeling; and then before I fainted, I felt a strong urge to evacuate my bowels too. I thought I sounded crazy telling the ER doctor this, and then my own. To make matters worse, I was in a foreign country when it happened and had an ambulance take me to their ER where only one young doctor spoke english. It was scary.

This web site is not a substitute for a thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms.  Medical treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses.
