Hi - first the rabies shots may have caused the one spell. I had rabies shots as well (due to a bat being in my bedroom) and was fine with the first 3 but had a reaction to last two and was treated with Benedryl for a fever. My bet is that you have vaso due to the fever from the flu and maybe had one from the rabies shot. My cardiologist said that fever will bring it on but to offset that to keep fluids really high - such as gatorade as a fever dries your system out. My spells have always been linked to a fever.
