I guess mine are dreamlike when I have a VV episode. Typically I get very lightheaded, not redout or tunnel vision just a spinning sensation. Then everything goes bright and I experience what looks like scenes flashing rapidly in front of me, although I cant make out what they are. I usually hear a fuzzy ringing sensation and some kind of pulsing with the flashing "scenes". The flashing scenes fade to everyone standing over me when I regain consciousness although at first i cant tell who they are. Then my hearing comes back. Im usually exhausted and scared afterwards and breathing heavy. When Im out Im fighting hard to get back and its not a feeling of euphoria but rather one of terror.
