I just had my 3rd episode of vaso vagal syncope. I passed out on a plane the other day. The past episodes were all when I was sick in bed and went to the bathroom to vomit. The 1st time I passed out on the toilet, the 2nd time I passed out on the way to the bathroom. But this last episode I was just sitting in the plane. I am also very worried that this is neurological in nature,. I have had EKG's and EEG's done the last time and everything was normal. Short of wearing a monitor all the time, I don't know how they can diagnose what triggers these episodes, and I am also worried that they will increase in frequency. I would be very grateful if anyone would keep me in the loop as to what their solution is to this problem. I am only 50 years old next week.
