I am not a doctor but have had a little bit of all the experiences that most VV people have had. Prior to having these symptoms like certain heavy physical stress I have had arrethymias, actually have had PVCs for 30 years and I am sixty. When I excess like I did last night and did25 sets of 8 reps on the bench press with 145 lbs my near fainting day came behind the wheel this morning. I have learned after many years that the doctors are well intensioned but only know the tip of the iceberg. We all need to get medical advice and tests to see if it is something they know how to cure but if not we need to evaluate ourselves. We then need to experiment andlook atbour lifestyles or foods and compare and contrast our episodes and guess the best we can what to do for ourselves. Unfortunately we may have been born too soon for the remedy and enjoy each day as a gift from God. Good Luck

This web site is not a substitute for a thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms.  Medical treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses. It is for you and your physician to rule out more serious illnesses; Please don't use this online forum as an alternative to getting responsible medical attention and being under the care of a physician for the duration of any unknown, suspected or dangerous vaso-vagal syndrome symptoms.
