Thanks for your comments and history. I will watch for dehydration from now on - gatorade is a great idea. I did hear that increasing salt intake can help (I love salt so that is never really a problem for me) and have been keeping that in mind. My doctor has noticed in the past couple of years that I have a heart murmur - but has said it has no effect on vasovagal. I agree that getting on the floor, whether by passing out or by getting down before you pass out can be pretty embarrassing but you are right that injuries can be worse. I happen to always go face first when I pass out so have a couple of different scars to show for these latest problems. So sorry, but your story about calling the guy daddy was great - although I'm sure it was horrifying at the time. When in the emergency room in August, I passed out and came to throwing up all over a nurse and myself - yeah, that was pretty embarrassing too! No matter how much they say it happens all the time, that just can't be what they view as a "good day" in the nursing field. It's good to know that there are people out there going through similar experiences! Good luck on trying to get pregnant! Your advice is very helpful!
