i am now in the us army, and started having these spells about a 1 1/2 years ago. up until now i have been a healthy man. i am 28 years old and this is my only health problem. in high school i ran track, played basketball and football, went to college and played basketball and then joined the military. on my phycial fittness test i have done very well averaging about a 285 out of 300 points. i did not start having these falling out speels until i fell off top of my hemtt fuel truck which stands about 8 1/2 feet in the air. after that every time i run, exercise, stay out in the sun to long i will fall out. it never happens during the physical training just about 20 to 30 min. afterwards. i have feel out about 8 times now and it really doesn't look good in front of your soliders. how can i lead them into war when i cannot stay off of the ground. i have never felt so bad in my life. i am worried about it because i am going to iraq in about 60 days and don't know what to do to help me not to fall out.
