Thank you for your advice and help. Aileen was very upset when they told her to go back on Tegretol because of how it made her feel. There has been no post-seizure confusion, no loss of bowel or bladder and no abnormal EEG even with the 24hour continous EEG/video monitored one she underwent for 2 days.We will try the diary, and she has been good about hydrating but perhaps starting the day out "more hydrated" will help. I have told her to eat salt freely since it is said to help. She is good about breakfast to. Thanks again for your response!!!!
