Maggie: Thanks for your comments/questions. By "night" I mean during normal sleep hours, typically awakened with panic or fear-like feelings, hard to describe, but I know I am about to pass out. When out, I am grey pallor, not breathing at first, motionless, eyes rolled back. Afterward I feel first disoriented, then relieved, almost peaceful, and need cold cloth on me and cold floor under me. A person in seizure is more likely to be twitching instead. I failed a tilt table test so I know I am V-V. I also have a smell disorder (smell chemical kind on smell that no one else does) which ties in with seizure - that is usually associated with seizure.
