pacemaker..treatment for vaso vagel?

I would like to know if anyone has had a pacemaker implanted in order to treat vv episodes?My blood pressure and heart rate are very low and medication hasn't really had any effect ..I am 38 and my dr. says maybe a pacemaker will help ...any advice????
