My Vaso-Vagal episode

Yesterday I was having a stress test. I was calmly sitting at the photo part of the test with my head resting on my arms which were elevated while the xray was taking pix for 22min. However, 1/2 way through I started to feel funny and fell into VasoVagal. My bp dropped to 65/25 and at one point I did lose consciousness for approx 35seconds. My hands also froze into a clawlike hand and no one could move my fingers or hands they were stiff as a board. Did I have a seizure? Or is this still VasoVagal? This is the first time I had two spells in a row and the last being the worst. I ended up in ER for 5hrs but never found out what happened. ????
