I'm not sure what you mean by running "stiches". Do you mean she runs, then faints after running? What about other types of physical activity? Does she feel dizzy first, or does she just collapse without warning? It's most likely just regular VV, but if she's passing out after activity, she needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist as there are some heart conditions that can cause this.
