Post-Micturation Syncope

I was recently diagnosed with Post-Micturation Syncope. I am a 28 year old male, and I am not able to find a great deal of information on the disorder. Is there anyway I can avoid a repeat performance of the syncope event? Both occurences have been early in the morning. Any help you can give would be much appreciated!
