You are not alone-
I was told that I 'flatlined' during tilt-table tests.
CPR administered & the whole 9 yards.
I do wear a heart monitor (wireless from Mio)
My awake/ resting HR can go into the low 40s.
when hiking or on an airplane- you might see your HR dropping before your black out.
