Vaso-vagal, does anyone have these symptoms?

Yes I have had these symptoms and I'm pretty darn sure they started around the time I hurt my back in the lower L5 area. I have tried for years to imagine what triggers it. Often it is in the morning and cold outside but noy necessarily. The first time I was fishing and before it was over I had taught my buddy how to do CPR because I really thought I was having a heart attack. It happened this morning. I got up with a bit of a chill, put on a down coat, sat down at the breakfast table and inquired as to my wife possibly fixing an omlette. I was suddenly quite irritated to learn we were out of eggs as I was craving protien. Next thing I knew I was terribly nauseous, sprawled on the floor asking for something to puke in ( but I never puke), soaked in sweat and white as a ghost with a very slow heart rate, and quite frankly scared to death even though I am by now at 54 familiar with the symtoms. I can't help but wonder if this could axctually kill me. Anybody who sees this happening to me would not expect me to be getting up and walking away from it if they did not know what it is.
