I was disgnosed with vv 5 yrs ago. I had been passing out about every 3 years or so for many years. I had numerous tests, nothing. Five yrs ago I passed out in my dr's office and was admitted to icu and almost had a pase maker put in, but because they had a tilt table in the hospital i was in they decided to do a tilt test before i got the pace maker. Thank goodness because I didn't need a pace maker. I was prescribed sectral (a beta blocker) and have had zero spells since. I also had another tilt while on sectral and passed with flying colors. Is anyone else taking sectral for this condition?
