Vasovagel diagnosis and what to do

I was diagnosed with Vasovagel syncope through a tilt table test approximately two months ago. I went back to the doctors for a complete physical in mid September and according to him everything came out fine. Since the tilt table test there are times when I feel fine and other times during the day I can feel my face becoming flush and I start to go through the beginning stages of feeling light headed. I am becoming concerned because I referee basketball and do not want to have an attack during the game. Can exercise, eating or drinking certain things bring on an attack or the feeling of light headedness
