Vaso-Vagal and Temp. plummet

I had my first spell this weekend where I thought I was going into shock. I felt my entire body roiling inside and I needed to get to the ground, fast. After this wave, my body started shivering all over. My temp was 92 degrees. After some fluids and cookies and a ton of blankets, I was fine. I've been suffering from a viral bug that includes nausea and diarrhea for about a week. I wonder if there is a connection. I also was diagnosed as having Panic Disorder (but I haven't had an attack in a few months). Sometimes nauseau makes me think I'm having a panic attack. It sounds like low blood pressure, anxiety, dehydration all play a part in the onslaught of a vaso-vagal episode. Thanks God for this forum. I'm glad I'm not alone.
