I wish you the best of luck with your condition, I also have vaso-vagal I could give you some great tips on how to help control this condition if you would like, I have had this problem since I was 2 yrs old. It has actually got a little better over the years. But it is still hard to deal with. Good Luck and write anytime!! KIM
