Near Blackout spells

In the last year I have had numerous incidents where I began to laugh and I get really light heated to the point everything begins going black and I sense my self shaking. the duration is only 5 10 seconds but it only occurs when I start to laugh at someones joke. Have gone to the doctor have had MRI ran and they can find no reason for it.
