I have always been prone to fainting but it became much worse and I added seizures when I became pregnant at 5 months. After the baby, I did a tilt table test and MRI and they said it was due to low blood pressure. We are trying Proamatine but that is giving me high blood pressure. It was extra scarry when pregnant to me because your blood pressure should be elevated due to the extra blood flow but they said if you are prone to something, pregnancy can exaggerate it. Find a good cardiologist and really monitor the episodes to see if there is any patterns. My baby wasn't affected but each time you actually pass out, can add stress to the baby so get it checked out.
