Jen, wonder if it's the other way around. I've read some things that indicate that the mechanisms for the syncope (like the blood pressure drop or the heart rate changes) can cause nausea. I get very sick to my stomach too. That sort of makes sense in that people (esp women) who are having a heart attack often will have nausea. I"m not sure WHY though.
