Hi, I have a 2 year old son who had a pacemaker placement when he was 18 months old due to a swallow induced sycope. I had to video tape him while he was eating to get anyone's attention. His heart was finally recorded stopping at 9 seconds without losing conciousness. I have done lots of research & can lead you to a good support group if you would like. You can email me directly for any help. (andriabone@hotmail.com) I might have some questions for you too. You have been the only other person I have found with swallow induced syncope & complete heart block.
