Vaso-vagal syndrome

Comments

I have had vaso vagals for many years without any sequelae. They usually occur in the middle of the night(often when up to the bathroom), and I have had enough warning to lie down and get my legs elevated to alleviate the syptoms. Two weeks ago I had only a very brief warning (1-2 sec), and came to with my face smashed against the toilet fracturing my nose along with other facial injuries. These injuries were surgically repaired this week, something I don't want to go through again. My Dr. is considering Flurinef. Has that been effective for others? Side effects? Thanks.
