Vaso Vagal Syndrome

I was diagnosed with Vaso Vagal when I was ten years old. I could always tell when I was about to pass out...it was like a frame of darkness in my vision that eventually faded to complete blackness. I not only passed out, I would experience Gran Mal Seizures. My parents were of course concerned about epilepsy, but the docs assured them that there was no sign of it. Nothing was done. No medication, no treatment plan, just instructions on what to do when I had a seizure. It wasn't an every day occurence, only about once a month, but that led to a scary childhood. The seizures stopped abruptly when I hit about 15. I am now 24 and pregnant with my third child and am starting to experience some of the symptoms again, though without actually passing out. I'm not even sure what Vaso Vagal is. It was never explained to me. Any input would be appreciated.
