Daughter aged 5 diagnosed with Vaso-Vagal Reaction

My daughter, aged 5, has had 2 supposed VV"episodes" in the last six weeks. Both occured 10+ minutes after a minor fall. On each occassion she "fainted" from a reclining position after eating and/or drinking. She has complete recollection up until the "episode", but no recollection of the "episode" up to about 10 minutes afterwards. She is pale and has no energy for several hours afterwards. Her "episode" from yesterday left her falling face first from a park bench onto a cement walkway. She now has no skin on one cheek, and I was there, sitting right next to her!! What can I do??? Her doctor is not particularly concerned. What do I do if she is not with me, has a minor fall and then a VV reaction afterwards. Can I ever let her out of my sight?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
