Vasovagal reaction and dreamlike state

I had 3 episodes in 1997 in which I felt very dizzy and almost fainted but without losing consciousness. First, I felt intense nausea and dizziness. Then, even though Iwas aware of reality, I felt like if I was having a parallel dream. Finally, I had to slowly fall on the floor. EEG was performed days later without results showing abnormality. This dreamlike state always repeated a similar scenario. Years passed by without any symptom. Last week, after a breve eppisode of diarrhea, I began to experience a similar dreamlike experience (while being aware of reality)but this time, I lost consciousness at least twice. The last was at the Doctor's office who hospitalized me inmediately. There I heard for the first time this vasovagal concept. My question is if those dreamlike states are experienced by others with this vasovagal syndrome?
