dehydration and vagal

my sister drove me to the er last night because i felt like I was going to faint. Dizzy,clamy,pale and sweaty.I was aand amstillfeeling constipated too. I started anew medicine the day before for high bp called Atacand hct. The hct is hydochorithiizide (sp.?), a water pill. Apparently i became dehydrated, They said all tests were normal, was I having anxiety? I don't know which test would have shown vagal syndrome, but my bloodwork and chest xray was fine. I can tellit's vagel from reading aabout it. I recognize it.
