Looking for a Specialist in Vasovagal in Northeastern US

Hello, I am looking for a specialist in VV somewhere in the northeastern US. I live in southern Pennsylvania and would be willing to drive quite a ways to find someone, but I am having some trouble locating any specialists for this anywhere.

If anyone has a list of specialists and would be able to post it that would be great.
